The Cooperation Group is proud to be working in Highland Park Michigan with Soulardarity on helping residents to have more ownership and control over their future energy needs. Soulardarity was started in 2012, in response to the removal by DTE of the city's street lights. Today Soulardarity is a local grass-roots organization dedicated to improving access to affordable, renewable energy and solar powered street lights in Highland Park.
The survey we are conducting is meant to determine the degree of local support Soulardarity can expect from neighbors around activities focused on street lighting and weatherization. It takes about 10 minutes to complete the survey. We hope to reach 900 Highland Park residents over a period of six weeks. This will help Soulardarity to bring in the resources that will be needed to build community-ownership around these issues in Highland Park.
We appreciate your taking the time to stop by our website and look in on our work. If you are from Highland Park, please follow the link and fill out the survey. We can’t do this without you!
